Text of the introduction by Joseph Planta:

I am Planta: On the Line, in Vancouver, British Columbia, at TheCommentary.ca.

Fred Litwin joins me again. He has just published a new book, On the Trail of Delusion: Jim Garrison: The Great Accuser. It is timely, as Sunday is the 57th anniversary of the assassination of John F. Kennedy, that Mr. Litwin shines a light on the myth of Garrison, and debunks the conspiracy theories that the New Orleans district attorney pursued. In the book, Fred looks at Garrison’s papers and conducts research throughout the United States and here in Canada to figure out what compelled Garrison and show just how deluded he was. The book is an investigation, as well as a dismantling of the rehabilitation of Garrison, and the tactics that had a profoundly destructive effect on those that Garrison set out to ruin. Fred Litwin is the author of several books including 2015’s Conservative Confidential, and his 2018 book I Was A Teenage JFK Conspiracy Freak, both of which he previously appeared on the program with. That last book, the result of many years studying the JFK assassination has led him to believe that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone gunman. Fred Litwin is a marketing professional, and avid volunteer. He is the founder of NorthernBlues Music, a label that has released over seventy albums. He also founded the Free Thinking Film Society. Visit www.OntheTrailofDelusion.com for information on how to get the book, which is published by NorthernBlues Books. Please welcome back to the Planta: On the Line program, Fred Litwin; Mr. Litwin, good morning.
