Nick Bantock joins me now. The beloved artist and author has just published a new book. Dubious Documents (A Puzzle) is a fascinating, visual epistolary puzzle. Between its covers there are sixteen envelopes, each containing created ephemera that provide cryptic anagrams, number puzzles, picturegrams and wordplay. I’ll ask Mr. Bantock about this new release, how he works and the reception he’s received over a distinguished career that includes the worldwide sensation Griffin and Sabine. This new book is published by Chronicle Books. He lives in Victoria, British Columbia, where he joined me from a couple of weeks ago.
