The artistic director of the ACT Arts Centre Curtis Pendleton discusses this week’s Maple Ridge Festival of BC Film (23-25 March 2018), the films shot in British Columbia showcased, and her new role, with Joseph Planta.

The Maple Ridge Festival of BC Film is on for its second year, 23-25 March 2018. Joining me now is Curtis Pendleton, who is the new executive director of the ACT Arts Centre in Maple Ridge. I’ll get her to tell us about the festival, what can be expected, and the films that will be showcased, films shot in British Columbia. Curtis Pendleton succeeded Lindy Sisson as executive director of the ACT Arts Centre this year. She has had over 25 years of executive, artistic, and educational leadership experience. She was executive director for the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra School of Music. She holds degrees from Julliard and McGill.
