Political commentator and the host of The Rachel Marsden Show, Rachel Marsden previewed Tuesday’s Presidential election with Joseph Planta.

And it all comes down to this. The battle between President George W. Bush and Senator John F. Kerry will culminate Tuesday as ballots are cast. And while television anchors and pundits adjust themselves and wax punditry, there’ll be the analysing of results all around, tallying up and distributing Electoral College votes.
