Richard Wolfe

The Pi Theatre’s site-specific production of Between the Sheets (14-26 March 2014) is discussed by the show’s director and designer Richard Wolfe, with Joseph Planta.

Text of introduction by Joseph Planta:

I am Planta: On the Line, in Vancouver, at TheCommentary.ca.

The Pi Theatre has a new production beginning this Friday, 14 March 2014, Between the Sheets. It’s described as ‘an emotionally stunning site-specific experience.’ The play by Jordi Mann takes place at the Admiral Seymour Elementary School at 1130 Keefer Street here in Vancouver. The premise is that the audience is in a real classroom at Seymour, and witness to a parent-teacher interview. The stars are Caitriona Murphy and Stephanie Moroz. The productions director and designer is Richard Wolfe, who joins me now. I’ll get him to tell us about the show, and what to expect. Visit www.pitheatre.com [1] for tickets and information. The show runs until 26 March 2014, and seating is extremely limited, being in a classroom after all. Please welcome back to the Planta: On the Line program, Pi Theatre’s Artistic Director, Richard Wolfe; Mr. Wolfe, good morning.
