Brendan Brazier joins me now. The former professional triathlete and two-time Canadian ultramarathon champion has a new book, Thrive Energy Cookbook: 150 Functional, Plant-Based Whole Food Recipes. Mr. Brazier is also the creator of the product line, Vega, and an advocate for plant-based nutrition. I’ll ask him about his veganism, the food that we’ll find in this book, how easy it is to prepare, and its benefits.
