Text of introduction by Joseph Planta:

I am Planta: On the Line, in Vancouver, at TheCommentary.ca.

Tina O’Connor is a wife and mother of three living in Calgary, Alberta. After she got her degree in psychology, she started working at a wireless company. She decides to run her own business, and a few years ago bought a liquor store. She has children, and soon, has two stores. She wanted a more relaxing lifestyle, sold the liquor stores and focused on her family, and writing books. Her first was Be That Girl which helped women of every age focus on their priorities and utilise strategies to get where they want. She’s got a new book out: Be That Mom: Ignite Your Passions, Organize Your Life and Embrace Your Family. It’s a step-by-step, easy to follow system to navigate through being a mother, and all its attendant busyness and stress, and yet find the way to a fulfilling, relaxed and happy experience. I’ll get Ms. O’Connor, who joins me now, to tell us about her book, as well as share with us some of the tips that work. Also, for guys, it’s probably a good way to understand the women in our lives a little bit better. Tina’s website is at www.bethatbooks.com [2]. You can buy the book there and get more information. Please welcome to the Planta: On the Line program, from Calgary today, Tina O’Connor; Ms. O’Connor, good morning.
