Wim Vander Zalm joins me now. The gardening expert and long time fixture on radio and publications throughout this part of the world has a new book out, Just Ask Wim! Down-to-Earth Gardening Answers. It’s an engaging, well-designed book that has over a hundred gardening questions. I’ll ask Wim about this book, gardening, and pose some of those questions in this book. At the age of 19, Wim Vander Zalm ran one of the largest garden centres in the province, and his knowledge of gardening came from his customers, as well as his parents. He parlayed that information through many years of appearances in the media, of course he’s remembered for the decade and a half he hosted CKNW’s Garden Talk, as well columns for various publications.
