Eat! Vancouver returns to the newly refurbished BC Place Stadium for its tenth year, Friday, June 1st through to Sunday, June 3rd. Over 40,000 people go through the food expo each year. One gets to taste fare from popular local restaurants, wineries, as well, food manufacturers and retailers bring out novel products and the sort. The highlight is always the appearance of celebrity chefs. I am joined now by one of those who’ll be appearing, David Rocco. He’s one of the country’s most popular television personalities. He’s the host of David Rocco’s Dolce Vita, which airs on Food Network Canada. He’s also a bestselling author having written the companion to the series, David Rocco’s Dolce Vita, and last year’s Made in Italy. Published by HarperCollins, it’s a well photographed book that’s more than just recipes, there are photos of Italy and of course the cuisine that Mr. Rocco cooks, that you can too. www.davidrocco.com [2] is the website for more.
