Eat! Vancouver returns to the newly refurbished BC Place Stadium for its tenth year, Friday, June 1st through to Sunday, June 3rd. Over 40,000 people go through the food expo each year. One gets to taste fare from popular local restaurants, wineries, as well, food manufacturers and retailers bring out novel products and the sort. The highlight is always the appearance of celebrity chefs. I am joined now by one of those who’ll be appearing, David Rocco. He’s one of the country’s most popular television personalities.
