I am Planta: On the Line, in Vancouver at TheCommentary.ca.

The municipal election in Vancouver is this Saturday, 19 November 2011. We continue meeting the candidates. Joining me now is Nicole Benson. She is a city council candidate for Neighbourhoods for a Sustainable Vancouver. Ms. Benson was born and raised in Vancouver, but has lived in Ontario, Mexico and Spain. She operates a small language teaching business called Esperanza Education. She volunteers at Windsor House School, as well. We’ll ask her about why she’s running, the issues she’s championing, and the campaign thus far. The website for the party is at www.nsvancouver.ca. Please welcome to the Planta: On the Line program, Nicole Benson; Good morning, Ms. Benson.
