Well, it seems that hackers and fraudsters aren’t the real culprits when it comes to security breaches online. They are still a problem, but the companies themselves have the biggest responsibility. According to a recent study, 56% of security breaches occur internally. That leaves management with problems when it comes to productivity, not to mention threats to an organisation from within and without. Claudiu Popa is a renowned security expert and with Nicholas Cheung, and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, has put together the useful: The Canadian Privacy and Data Security Toolkit for Small and Medium Enterprises.
