The Vancouver Sun’s managing editor and adjunct professor at UBC’s Graduate School of Journalism, Kirk LaPointe joins Joseph Planta to discuss the Sun’s format changes, the state of newspapers and news, as well as the 10th anniversary of the National Post, where he was its founding executive editor.

Kirk LaPointe is the managing editor of the Vancouver Sun and an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia’s Graduate School of Journalism. Before that he was at CTV, the Hamilton Spectator, and ten years ago he was the founding executive editor at the National Post.
