Playwright Michele Riml joins me now. Her latest play Poster Boys is playing at the Arts Club’s Granville Island Stage until the 26th of April. It is the story of Caroline who casts her ex-fiancé and his new boyfriend in a bank ad she’s putting together. It explores love, marriage and the fear of flying humorously, and examines how advertising insinuates itself into the most personal corners of our lives, and how authenticity is often manufactured.
