One of the co-creators of No Foriengers, the new piece at The Cultch 07-17 February 2018, Milton Lim, discusses his collaboration with David Yee, Natalie Tin Yin Gan and Remy Siu, their interdisciplinary work, Chineseness, and working in the arts, with Joseph Planta.

The Cultch presents No Foreigners 07-17 February 2018. Milton Lim is one of the co-creators along with Governor General Award-winning playwright David Yee, Natalie Tin Yin Gan, and Remy Siu, the interdisciplinary work attempts to unpack Chineseness. I’ll get Mr. Lim, who joins me now, to tell us about this show. Several original stories manifest in a mall and there’s Cantonese and English, miniatures, text, media design, as well as the present and the future, here and the afterlife. The show is a presented by Hong Kong Exile, and Toronto’s fu-GEN Theatre, in association with Theatre Conspiracy. The show’s on at the Vancity Culture Lab, 1895 Venables Street.
