The co-artistic director of Shameless Hussy productions Renée Iaci discusses the new production she’s directing, Girls Like That (at Templeton Secondary School 02-10 November 2017), bullying, slut shaming, and the other themes in the show, with Joseph Planta.

Beginning Thursday, 02 November 2017 is the latest production from Shameless Hussy Productions, Girls Like That. The play, written by Canadian British playwright Evan Placey features a cast of ten teenage performers. The show is about a photograph of one of these students that ends up going viral, and the show portrays the consequences for the girl and the girls around her. The stigma, pain and bullying that girls get in society is explored in this show. Renée Iaci joins me now. She is the director of this production, and co-artistic director of Shameless Hussy.
