We seem to complain about salespeople. They’re either pushy or selling you stuff you don’t need. A new book from someone who’s worked in sales is a great read for those in sales, and those thinking about going into the trade. For the rest of us, it’s a great insight into how we’re being sold, and a great way to understand the salesperson’s work, and perhaps get us better products and services at the same time. The book is called Shut Up! Stop Talking and Start Making Money. Its author Dave Warawa has had a lot of experience in sales, as a salesman, a manager, and now as a consultant.
