Easy Butter Tarts
These butter tarts will stun your guest and only takes a few minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- ½ Cup Butter
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
- 1/8 Cup of Corn Syrup
- ¼ Cup Raisins, if desired
- 16 Pre-Made Tart Shells
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°C. Melt the butter in a saucepan or in the microwave. In a mixing bowl stir together the melted butter, sugar, vanilla and corn syrup. Add the eggs to mixture and stir again. Place the tart shells on a baking sheet and add a few raisins in each tart shell, if desired. Fill the tart shells with the mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the tart shells are golden in colour.
Makes 14-16 tarts.
